Designed for busy caregivers, this first booklet in our series offers you practical contemplative tools and resources for caring for others and yourself. Whether you are caring for a loved one or friend who is facing hardships and loss, who is ill or dying, this series will help you be fully present.

 

The booklet introduces five simple practices and the resources to support them. The ideas presented are meant to be immediately accessible, to be reflected on and practiced within the context of actual caregiving.

It should take just a few moments to gain a new perspective or a new tool, and the booklet can be printed and carried with you or downloaded to read on a smartphone, tablet, computer or ebook reader.

Questions for further reflection in order to deepen one’s experience with the tools are included in the booklet, as well as a list of further study resources.
